Scott Thomas has been actively involved in the real estate market with single-family homes as well as multi-family apartment buildings for over 30 years. Over those 30 years Scott maintained his position as an award winning Director/Producer in the television and feature film industry. There he negotiated multi-million dollar contracts and controlled multi-million dollar productions for all of the major networks.

Scott's fascination with commercial real estate has motivated him to follow the real estate market trends over the years and he understands the unique nature of today’s market place.
